Monthly Yoga at the Gardens

Join us for a gentle beginner-friendly yoga session to wind down at the end of your day, focused on honoring your body and showing up as you are. Participants will be guided through a series of gentle yoga postures, followed by a brief closing meditation.

Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle with you to class.
